External Investigations of Workplace Violence and Misconduct

In recent years, rising social tensions in Taiwan have led to an increase in workplace bullying and related incidents. Both victims and employers often experience significant stress when dealing with such unlawful acts. Zhitian Clinic offers professional and efficient external investigation services conducted with fairness and objectivity, while striving to protect the rights and interests of all clients.
Leveraging the extensive workplace and on-site experience of board-certified occupational medicine physicians, we continuously refine our external investigator consultation processes, providing enterprises with cost-effective, reliable support and practical solutions.

Contracted Return-to-Work Clinic

More than 98% of businesses in Taiwan are small and medium-sized enterprises. For companies with fewer than 100–300 employees, it can be difficult to access occupational medicine specialists when workers with occupational injuries encounter challenges returning to work.
Located in a medically underserved area of southern Changhua, Zhitian Clinic offers specialized outpatient services by board-certified occupational medicine physicians for Changhua and Yunlin counties. Please note that return-to-work consultations require extended appointment times (at least 30–60 minutes) and complete medical documentation to ensure thorough evaluation and appropriate work recommendations. Individuals and employers seeking appointments are kindly asked to book in advance. (Click here to schedule a return-to-work clinic appointment.)

Occupational Injury Certification for Farmers

The Farmers’ Occupational Injury Insurance program was launched as a pilot in 2018, and since December 2023, all participants in the Farmers’ Health Insurance program have been fully enrolled in farmers’ occupational injury insurance. This is an important right that every hardworking farmer should be aware of.
Coverage includes occupational injuries (such as accidents involving agricultural machinery, injuries during crop handling, animal or plant-related injuries, and infections from specific pathogens) as well as occupational diseases (such as pesticide poisoning and other specific conditions diagnosed by a physician as causally related to agricultural work).
Careful evaluation is required to determine whether an injury or illness occurred during actual agricultural work and whether a substantial causal relationship exists. Farmers are welcome to visit the clinic for consultation and to make full use of this service. (Click here to inquire about farmers’ occupational injury services.)
